I’d like to warn you not to book with Monterey Sea Breeze Inn. They might have a nice place, but I will never know because they don’t have a clue about customer service or how to work with people.

They have a NO CANCELLATION policy. That means no moving dates, nothing. If for whatever reason you cannot get to Monterey, you are STUCK with the hotel you aren’t using.

I tried to get them to move the dates 27 days before I was to travel. They would not cooperate and blamed me. Forget them
