Overall
All the rooms are very private and we felt we were the only ones staying until we went down for breakfast and discovered all the other guests.
Would I recommend this hotel: Yes

The bedrooms are to die for. The hosts have put every effort into making sure the furnishings fit the theme for each room and this is carried throughout the premises.
This is definately the place to bring your partner for a romantic 'get away from it all' weekend.
As this is a small privately run B&B there was no one to greet us when we first arrived, but once we made contact with our hosts they were very friendly and helpful.
Every room at the Beach Manor has been individually themed to provide a luxurious getaway. Most rooms feature four-poster beds and opulent furnishings which make you feel like you are living in the French aristocracy (but with modern conveniences).
As this is a B&B the owners live on the premises and are very friendly to their guests, but respectful of their privacy.
Breakfast is provided in the accomodation package and on offer are an array of cereals, yoghurts, tea and coffee as well as a simple home cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs and toast.
Definately an adults only accomodation and the thought of kids screaming in the pool would upset the whole ambience of the venue.
Nobody comes here for recreation its purely for relaxation.
All entry to the property after hours is by keypad coded gates.
The B&B is located 5 minutes walk from Scarborough Beach which is one of Perth's premier beaches. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the area, as well as a great beach and picnic spots in the area.
