What you remember most

The consistency of good service from all staff from different departments. I believe this is a result of good communication.

Advice for future guests

The breakfast buffet is really nice. Yogurts, fruits, eggs are especially good. They have special drinks mixed by themselves (forgot the name) other than juices, milk, coffee and tea

Check-In

Front Desk staff is nice and approachable. They have friendly smile which made us feel comfortable and being respected by.

Guest Rooms

I stayed in this hotel for two times and there was once the TV power just cut off by itself every 5 minutes or so. It continued for half a day. Other than that, everything was great and the amenities really made us 'never wanted to leave the room'.

Telephone Service

Not only telephone messages, they provide other good serivce such as to print a note (sealed properly) and delivered to your room to alert you that you have voice messages in your room telephone.

Staff Service

I asked for an adaptor when I checked-in, and when I arrived to my room a staff is already waiting for me outside my room. That is really impressive. The concierge, as well, provided excellent service and are very nice in explaining detailed information to us.

I guess the location is good because you can get to any shopping places by 10-15 minutes of taxi.
