Help - Signing Up

You can easily set up a new account by clicking on "Sign-In" located in the top-right of all pages. Then click on "Sign up Now " and you will be taken to the “New Member Profile” page where you provide us with an email address, password, and some additional information. More information can be added later once you are signed into your new account by clicking on "My Account" located in the top-right hand of the pages. Then select "Update Account" in the right hand member section navigation.

Email Address

The email address you supply us with becomes your login name. If you have several addresses use the one you check most frequently, as we will be using it to send acceptance and rejection notifications for your contributions, along with any special notifications we periodically have for Zoom Members. Keep it up-to-date so we can keep you up-to-date.

Password

Choose a password you can easily remember, but not so easy that anyone can guess it. Passwords must be 3-8 characters long with no spaces between characters. you can use upper and lower-case letters (A-Z, a-z) and numbers from 0-9.

The “Reminder Question” allows you access to your account if you forget your password. Simply choose a question from the drop down menu and answer it in the text field beside it. If you forget your password in the future, you can simply click “I forgot my password” on the Member Login page and we’ll ask you the reminder question. Upon answering correctly, your password will be sent to the email account specified above—yet another reason to keep it current.

Nickname

Any content that you add to Zoom And Go will be displayed with your nickname. Your nickname can contain spaces or special characters. Try to choose something that is relevant to you.

Members will be able to search for content submitted by you through your nickname.

Name and Country

Complete the name and country field as accurately as possible. Once you are signed, click on "My Account" located in the top-right hand of the pages. Then select "Update Account" in the right hand member section navigation. . A complete address is required if you redeem your points through the Money Order option.

Terms & Conditions

Before registering, you must click on the Terms & Conditions link and ensure you have carefully read the “Content Provider Member Agreement”. Once you’ve read it, select the checkbox beside the link to let us know you have.

Register

If you’re satisfied with the information on your account page, click on the “Register” button to created your account. Assuming all the fields have been completed, you will be taken to your Account Summary page.

Updating Your Account

As mentioned above, it is very important for you to keep your account information current. You can update the information by logging into your account and clicking on "My Account" located in the top-right hand of the pages. Then select "Update Account" in the right hand member section navigation. Change any information you wish and choose “Save Changes”.

Telling us your age, gender, and the kind of traveler you are, helps us create more powerful searches for accommodations, Whenever you review an accommodation, this information is recorded along with the review. This allows people to sort any accommodation searches to display only reviews submitted by Zoom Members of their age, gender, and/or traveler type.
