Help - Suspension of Your Membership

As mentioned in the Content Provider Membership Agreement (PDF File), Zoom And Go reserves the right to suspend your membership in Zoom And Go at any time and for any reason. If your membership is suspended, you will receive notification of the fact by email, and all Zoom And Go Points and rewards currently in your account will be frozen.

Submitting False Information and Images

We rely on you to provide us with unbiased and truthful information for accommodations and destinations around the world, so breaching this trust by submitting false information is viewed very seriously, and will likely result in the suspension of your membership privileges. This includes, among other things:

  • Submitting False Reviews for Accommodations / Destination / Attraction (i.e., lying about the hotel to create a favorable or unfavorable impression)
  • Submitting False Stills, Videos (i.e., portraying the accommodation in an unfairly good or bad light or submitting images which do not come from that accommodation.)
  • Submitting False Accommodations for addition to the site (i.e., submitting an accommodation that does not exist)
  • Submitting Images / Videos for which you do not own Copyright (i.e., images taken by another photographer, without the proper signed releases, or licensed for exclusive use to someone else.)

Submitting Inappropriate Images

Zoom And Go relies on you to respect our standards of decency when submitting images to the site. Please refrain from submitting images which are defamatory, obscene, or pornographic in nature. Failure to do so will result in the immediate suspension of your membership privileges.
