Help - Your Account
Although it looks complicated at first glance, your account summary page is quite easy to understand. It provides you with the up-to-date status of images, reviews, and other assets you have submitted to Zoom And Go.
Total Redeemable Points
Point totals for Awarded and Licensing are tabulated and appear in the Total Redeemable Points at the top of the Account Summary page. This figure includes all the redeemable Zoom And Go Points in your account. Points already redeemed for cash appear immediately to the right.
Stills & Videos
Stills and videos are separated into their respective categories by the date submitted.
Unreviewed Images
If your still or video has been submitted and received by Zoom And Go, but not reviewed by one of our image editors, its name appears under the Submitted Content heading. The image name (Pool, Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Charlestown, St. Kitts & Nevis) tells you the location of the photo, the accommodation name, and the city and country its located in.
No ZoomAndGo Points are awarded at this stage.
Accepted Images
If your still or video is accepted by Zoom And Go’s image editors, the Zoom And Go Points you’ve earned appear in the Points Awarded column. For information on the calculation of Zoom And Go Points, click here.

Liscensed Images
If your image has been licensed, the TravelZoomAndGo Points you’ve earned appear in the Licensing column. For information on the calculation of TravelZoomAndGo Points, click here.

Rejected Images
If your still or video has been reviewed and rejected, its name becomes a link to its report card, so you can find out why it was considered unsuitable for Zoom And Go. It is important to read these reports because they help you learn how to improve your images for future submissions.
No TravelZoomAndGo Points are awarded for rejected images.

Reviews
Reviews are listed in their own category with the date they were submitted.
Unreviewed Reviews
If your long or short review has been submitted and received by Zoom And Go, but not reviewed by one of our copy editors, its name appears under the Submitted Content heading. The review name (Hotel Tambo Real, Quito, Ecuador) tells you the accommodation name, and the city and country it is located in. The editors perform random checks to ensure that you did indeed stay at the hotel in question.
No Zoom And Go Points are awarded at this stage.
Accepted Hotel Reviews
If our copy editors have reviewed and accepted your detailed or quick review, the Zoom And Go Points you’ve earned appear in the Points Awarded column. For information on the calculation of Zoom And Go Points, click here.
Once your review has been accepted, its name becomes a link to the hotel summary page for this accommodation.
These Points are tabulated at the bottom of the Account Summary page.
Accepted Destination / Attraction Reviews
Once your review has been check for spelling, grammar and offensive comments and it is a legitimate and useful review, it will be accepted and posted to the site. No points are awarded for these reviews.
Rejected Reviews
If our editors have reviewed and rejected your review, its name will remain in your account with the rejected status symbol.
No Zoom And Go Points are awarded for rejected reviews.

Hotel Bookings
"Booking Reservation Points"
If you book an accommodation online through Zoom And Go, your account will be awarded Zoom and Go Points for each night you stay in that accommodation. The points will appear in the Points Awarded column.
These Points are tabulated at the bottom of the Account Summary page.

Other
"Add Accommodation" (First 15)
If you add an accommodation not already in our database, or update the information for an existing one, your account will be awarded Zoom And Go Points once it has been approved by a Zoom Editor. The points will appear in the Points Awarded column. You will be awarded points only for the first 15 accommodations added.
"Add Accommodation" (After first 15)
After the first 15 accommodations added, the information you provide is used but there are no points awarded.
"Corrections & Special Offers
If we need to make corrections to your account, or add Zoom And Go Points earned through special offers, the reason for these points will appear as Miscellaneous Bonus Points. The points will appear in the Points Awarded column.
